    Terms & Conditions

    • Members are required to attend a minimum of four training camps each year.
    • Membership will be reviewed annually based on the player’s attendance, performance, and rating. Members who do not meet the required criteria may not be eligible for membership renewal.
    • Selection for tournaments and other events will be based on the player attendance, performance, and rating progress.
    • All information and materials shared in Chola Chess camps are proprietary and confidential, and the sole property of Chola Chess.
    • I will not copy, reproduce or distribute any Chola Chess materials unless explicit, written permission is sought, and granted.
    • Chola Chess can publish my name, photographs & videos taken during chess events and camps on social media platforms.
    • As a member, I will wear the Chola Chess logo during upcoming chess tournaments and events that I participate in.
    • Chola Chess reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or remove any student from the program at any time if his/her conduct or behaviour is deemed unsatisfactory, disruptive, or in violation of the program’s policies.
